A: Videos can be submitted in either Mp4 or AVI format.
A: Shipping is always FREE and all costs are included in the price given to you on your video brochure quote.
A: Yes, videos on the video brochure can be added/deleted using the supplied USB charging/upload cord. This is similar to how you would change videos on a flash drive hooked up to a computer's USB port.
A: Yes, there are almost infinite ways to design a video brochure. You can choose to design the video brochure in any way you want, including hard or soft cover, any shape you want, fold-out sections, special soft-touch paper, gold/silver foil, embossing, etc.
A: Each video brochure comes with a USB charging/upload cord. Insert the cord into any computer/laptop and plug the micro USB end into the video brochure. A battery icon will be displayed on the video brochure screen so that you can see that it's charging.
A: The minimum order is 50 video brochures. There is no maximum order size. Our factory is capable of producing 300,000 video brochures per month, so we can handle any size order.
A: Yes, the requirements for the artwork are as follows: We need high-res vector art provided in EPS files produced in either Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. All fonts should be outlined and please include font profiles. Images not embedded in the art need to be included in a separate links folder. A bleed of 0.125" can be used.
A: You can have up to 8 separate videos on each video brochure. We just add additional video buttons to accommodate the number of videos. The memory chip can be increased so there will be no issue with the size/number of videos.
A: After receiving all print and video files, you will be sent a virtual print proof for approval. Once this is approved, a pre-production sample will be delivered to you within 8 working days. After the pre-pro is approved, the factory will go into mass production and delivery of the order will be within 20-25 total days.
A: Yes, you will receive a virtual print proof as well as a physical pre-production sample.
